How will my order be delivered? All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery.

Next Day Delivery Orders must be placed by 11am. This service costs £8 and you must check in advance whether I am able to fit it in on the day or your order. Please get in touch through this website.

How long will it take before I receive my order? It will sometimes take up to 3-10 weekdays before you receive your order. If it takes longer, you will receive an email to notify you of this.

Do you have a return policy? Yes, in accordance with the Distance Seller Regulations, all orders are returnable within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. (Please do not try on earrings if you know you don't want to keep them).

I've lost one earrings, can I buy just one from you to make a pair again? Yes, just get in touch through the website so we can discuss. The price is half of the pair purchased, plus delivery and packaging charge of £4.
